Play and Hike

Last week we went up to Arroyo Verde Park for some family fun. Lizzy played at the park for a while and then we went on a short hike. It was Lizzy's first time hiking on her own and Emmy's first time hiking in the front carrier. They both loved it!

Happy Birthday Kaylee

Kaylee Smith turned 4 on November 22, 2008. We celebrated this very special day by attending her very special birthday tea party down in Rancho Santa Margarita. Kaylee is one of Lizzy's very best friends despite the long distance between our homes. She is a very sweet and kind little girl and we are very thankful that she is a part of our lives. Thank you God for Kaylee =)

Emmy was a bit fussy during the party, but got really happy once everyone left. I guess she's not much into parties at this point =)

Mrs. Smith was so kind to go get her very special scissors from her salon to give Elizabeth a much needed haircut. Thank you so much for doing this after a long day =) We really appreciate it!

Balloon Time

One of our girls love playing with balloon (of course with close supervision). Emily is learning how to hit the balloon when it comes to her. It is so cute to see her and Lizzy have so much fun together!
